🚫We follow a strict cancelation policy. Please review it before booking your appointment
Cancelation of appointment 24hours before appointment time : No fee
Cancellation of appointment 24-12 hours of appointment time : $28
Cancellation of appointment within 12 -6 hours of appointment time : 50% of service fee
Cancellation of appointment within 6 hours of appointment time or not showing up for appointment with no notification: 100% service fee will be charged to the card on file
💻 WE DO OFFER DIRECT BILLING TO MOST INSURANCE COMPANIES. YOU CAN GIVE US YOUR INSURANCE INFORMATION WHEN YOU FILL OUT YOUR CLIENT INTAKE FORM.
