Myofascial Release
Myofascial treatment focuses on the fascia, which is a connective tissue found throughout the entire body. Fascia is located in every system in the body, it wraps around muscles and their fibers, compose ligaments, and wraps around bones and joint capsule. It is found in every part of the body and system creating support, structure and stability. Fascia is highly adaptive, for good and for bad. When dehydrated or injured, or placed in a shortened position it will adapt to this, and become dense, tight and restrictive. Myofascial release works to release these adaptations and return the fascia to it's healthy pliable and flexible state. Most clients repost immediate relief after a fascial treatment. The treatment is slow, and performed with a lotion and not a oil in order to effectively manipulate the fascia
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal ( Pregnancy Massage) is performed to help the mother to be ease through the pregnancy related changes that occur in the body. Depending on the trimester the treatment will be performed with the mother -to-be either laying on her stomach, and then eventually laying on her side. Pregnancy pillows are special pillows and bolsters that allow the pregnant person to lay on their stomach during the massage treatments. There is proper space and support for all growing parts of the body throughout the pregnancy.

Myofascial Cupping
Myofascial Cupping brings the ancient art of cupping to the modern day practice. This modality allows for a unique approach to the body's fascia and fluids. Cupping has the ability to affect deeper tissue, remove facial restrictions, and increase range of motion.
What to expect.
Plastic, silicon or a combination of cups are placed on various areas of the body and then suctioned to evacuate the air from the cup. The vacuum created draws the skin up into the super separating the layers of superficial fascia and releasing restrictions between the layers . It also causes new blood to rush in below, removing stagnation. The RMT will then move the cups or move parts of your body to increase the release, leaving you with better mobility, a decrease in tension, and pain.
**Please note: Most clients are left with cupping marks that can last up to two weeks. A cupping mark is not a bruise, it is a result of the release of static blood, lymph, cellular debris, and pathogens **
Detox Lymphatic Massage
This full body treatment helps increase lymphatic flow. This helps decrease water retention, bloating and edema, During this treatment we focus on unblocking areas of congestion, which are usually found in areas that have a high concentration of Lymph nodes.
